Definitions:

"The Company" refers to It's All About Energy, a division of Hypnosis For Wellness LLC.

"The Customer" refers to any individual who has accessed, is accessing, or will access the website, or who does business directly with The Company.

1) Acceptable use.

Use of the website store is strictly for the purpose of viewing information about a product, purchasing a product, and/or gathering information as it pertains to purchase of a store product. Use of the store, the server on which it resides, and the network system to which it is connected for illegal purposes of any kind is strictly prohibited.

2) Returns.

Because digital download orders are immediately fulfilled all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns nor are there refunds to the Customer for a digital product which the Customer has paid for and taken delivery of, whether by use of a download service, email, or by regular post mail on electronic media such as a compact disc, DVD, or flash memory device. Any refunds are at the sole discretion of the Company. The Customer acknowledges this before, during, and after they purchase a product from the Company.
